General

We currently offer only digital products. The images and videos on our website showing printed guides are meant to inspire you and demonstrate how the templates might look when printed and held in your hands.

The images in our templates are placeholder images, used only for preview purposes. You’ll need to replace them with your own.

Post-Purchase and Delivery

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a “Thank You” PDF. Inside this PDF, you’ll find a link to access your Canva template along with instructions on how to get started.

Please check your spam or junk folder and make sure that you entered the correct email address. Allow up to an hour for the email to arrive. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at hello@theweddingguideco.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you right away.

Payment and Billing

To apply a discount code, simply enter it into the designated field during checkout. Once the code is applied, you’ll see the discount reflected in your total. Yes, we offer flexible, interest-free payment plans through our checkout system via Thrivecart. You can choose to split your payment into two or three monthly installments, or pay the full amount upfront. Simply select the option that works best for you during checkout.

Yes, VAT/tax is applied in addition to the listed price. The exact amount is determined by your location and will be automatically calculated during checkout based on the information you provide. If you’re purchasing from outside the EU or in regions with different tax regulations, local taxes may still apply according to your local laws.

For customers within the European Union (excluding the UK), you can enter your VAT number at checkout to remove the VAT charge from your final price, in compliance with VAT reverse charge regulations.
