We’re two wedding photographers and videographers with a deep love for storytelling, design, and building meaningful connections. Over the years, we’ve captured weddings all across Europe—and what’s stayed with us most is not just the photos we’ve taken, but the relationships we’ve built.
We’re currently based in the Northern part of Germany, where we live with our two wonderful children. When we’re not behind the camera or designing resources, you’ll probably find us chasing after little feet, enjoying good food, or planning our next adventure.

How it started
From overwhelmed to inspired
Born from a simple but impactful realization—we were spending more time managing our business than doing what we truly loved: capturing beautiful moments. As wedding photographers and videographers, we constantly juggled client inquiries, writing proposals from scratch, which often became overwhelming, especially in the lead-up to weddings with all the questions and concerns couples had. Endless back-and-forth emails and clients not knowing what to expect made it clear: something had to change.


Finding a better way forward
We began searching for the tools we needed. However, finding the right tools was a challenge. Most options felt too generic and didn’t suit what we needed. That’s why we created the Wedding Client Guide—a tool we designed not just to create a one of a kind experience for our couples but also to make our life easier. So, we took matters into our own hands. We began designing templates that guided clients smoothly from the initial inquiry to the wedding day, while still allowing us to maintain a personal touch. These tools not only saved us time but also improved our client experience, helped us increase our bookings and upsells.

When we first started using these templates, they completely transformed our business and how we work. We knew we had to share this with others.
